Free Shipping:
Orders over
$200 are FREE shipping to the lower 48 states ONLY.
Any orders below $200 will require shipping fees.
Shipping fees will be added to the purchase total during
online
checkout or quoted when placing an order by phone. If
for some reason an applicable shipping fee isn't added
during checkout then we may contact you about the
requirement.
Quantum View UPS Ship Notification:
Quantum View is the UPS tracking system. If your order
ships via UPS then you will be notified via email from "QuantumView
UPS Ship
Notification" which will include the estimated delivery
date and tracking number. If you're running a
spam filter or something similar then this email may go into
that folder. Please verify that the email did not go
into one of these folders. If you feel you didn't get
the email at all then please feel free to contact us for
your tracking information.
The email will deliver to your inbox in the evening time
because that's when UPS picks up from our store.
Hawaii, Alaska and Canada: If
your product is shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada and you
must select accordingly when make you your Trikke selection.
If the proper shipping fee isn't selected your shipment
could be delayed. Please feel free to contact us if
you need any assistance in shipping costs.
Canada and other international customers
are responsible for any duties that may be applicable.
Shipment is usually by the US Postal Service using Air
Parcel Post with a 4-10 business day delivery time.
Delivery Confirmation:
Trikke Tampa does not choose confirmation of delivery.
UPS will normally just drop the package off at your front door if
you're not home. If you give special instructions during checkout
we will put a note on the shipping label for the UPS delivery person.
We recommend that when ever possible that someone be home the day
of the delivery OR have it delivered to your place of business.
If you do have it delivered to your work then please indicate such
during checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Your product usually ships within 1
business day. See below for delivery times via UPS
ground service. Delivery is usually next business day in the state of Florida
with the exception of the panhandle and the Florida Keys.
The UPS map below is based on a business day
and does not include weekends.
