TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. You agree that you will be profesional and responsible while demontrating the Trikke. That you will advise the rider of the risks involved in riding a Trikke and strongly encourage the proper safety gear such as a helmet, no matter whether you believe in or whether you wear the proper safety gear yourself. When a person contacts you please recommend they bring a helmet however, let them know it's not required.
2. Most importantly, make sure you have an open and SAFE area for a beginner to SAFELY learn to ride the Trikke. Be sure it's free of traffic. If at all possible we recommend finding a big and level parking lot or something with a very slight decline to assist in learning the feel of the "Rock-N-Roll" motion.
3. State certain safety issues while riding the Trikke:
   • Do not lean back on the Trikke. Iterate the importance of weight on the front wheel and to remain in an upright proper posture so not to flip the Trikke over backwards
   • Be careful not to nose it over to the front left or front right.
   • Explain that the brake levers operate the rear wheels only and are independent. Encourage them to squeeze the brakes before their first ride so they are familiar with the touch and feel.
   • Teaching them the proper turn and lean action. You must get them comfortable on the Trikke before letting them get too aggresive.

5. Be sure you have the proper air pressure in your tires to make learning as easy as possible.
6. Trikke Tampa reserves the right to terminate anyone signed up on the Trikke Affiliate Locator program and/or as a Trikke Tampa Affiliate if there is a report of inappropriate behavior, misconduct or intentional mis-representation of the product. You agree that you will not represent yourself as a dealer or employeee of Trikke, Trikke Tech Inc or Trikke Tampa. You may only state you are a Trikke Tampa Affiliate which is simply a "referring party".
7. This program is provided as a FREE service of Trikke Tampa to it's affiliates and customers. Any Trikke owner is welcome to signup but if it's discovered that the affiiliate is a Trikke dealer, an affiliate of another dealer or referring the customer to another dealer then you will be immediately removed from this program and terminated on the affiliate program. You will also lose any and all commissions earned. Trikke Tampa takes great pride in it's customer service and support. Abuse of our programs only hurts the Trikke community as a whole.
8. You agree that you will have FUN, earn commissions and get acquainted with other Trikke riders!
9. If you do get people to join you for rides in your area then please let us know and we'll try and get it on our calendar and in our newsletter.
